We are at Ruko Paskal 23, about 500 metres from Bandung Station. This page covers how to find us, what to bring to a first visit, and which services run at this clinic.
Finding us
The clinic sits in the Paskal 23 shophouse complex — also known as Paskal Hyper Square — in Block C09. Paskal is a large area: it has a mall, a food court and rows of shophouses. The clinic is in the shophouse row, not inside the mall. That row sits near the exit onto Jalan Pasir Kaliki and is visible from the road, so you never need to go inside the mall to find it. Look for Block C09 — the Care Physio sign is on the front of the unit. If you are unsure, send a WhatsApp message and we will guide you from wherever you are standing.
Address
Ruko Paskal 23, Blok C09 Jl. Pasir Kaliki No. 25-27 Ciroyom, Kec. Andir, Kota Bandung Jawa Barat 40181
Bandung Station is about 500 metres away, roughly a 7–10 minute walk. That makes the train a comfortable option if you are coming from out of town.
By car or motorbike
There is parking within the Paskal 23 complex. We suggest arriving a few minutes early so you are not rushing to find a space before your session starts.
By ride-hailing
Ask for “Ruko Paskal 23” — not the mall — so the driver stops at the shophouse row by the Pasir Kaliki exit rather than at the mall entrance. Once you arrive, look for Block C09. The directions button on this page opens our exact location in Google Maps.
Areas that reach us easily The clinic is in Ciroyom, Andir district, next to Cicendo and not far from the Pasteur and Sukajadi areas. Being close to the city centre also makes it straightforward to reach from the Cimahi side via Jalan Pasteur.
What you will see when you arrive
Three steps from the front door to the treatment room, so nothing feels unfamiliar on a first visit.

Services available at this clinic
Five services run under one roof, so a child or family member who needs more than one kind of therapy does not have to travel between places.
Occupational therapy in Bandung for children and adults: difficulty holding a pencil and writing, a child overwhelmed by sound or touch, and independence in eating and dressing. We begin with an assessment, then build the practice around the family.
Assessment and therapy for communication and swallowing — from speech delays in children to voice, articulation, and swallowing difficulties.
Your first visit
A first visit always begins with an assessment. The therapist asks about the history of the complaint, examines how you move, then explains what they found before drawing up a plan. You will know what is being treated and why before any therapy starts.

What to bring
Clothing you can move comfortably in
Any previous imaging or notes you have — X-ray, MRI, or a referral letter
For a child: a toy or object that helps them feel settled
A short note about the complaint — when it started and when it feels worst
No previous imaging? That is fine — the assessment can still go ahead.
