Every service starts with a thorough assessment of about 60 to 90 minutes, after which a plan is built around your condition and goals; many cases are treated with the DNS approach. No doctor's referral is needed to start.

Not necessarily. Care Physio is a private clinic with direct access; the physiotherapist first judges whether your complaint is suitable for physiotherapy and suggests a doctor when something should be checked first.
The first session is a thorough assessment of about 60 to 90 minutes: the history of the complaint, a movement examination and a discussion of goals. The plan and follow-up schedule are set afterwards.
