Orthopedic Physiotherapy

Treatment for injuries, joint and muscle pain, and post-surgery rehabilitation with an evidence-based approach — often using the DNS method.

How we treat an injury

  1. 01Shoulder

Pain shows up in one spot

Maybe a shoulder, a knee, or the lower back — where the body signals first.

  2. 02Lower back

But the cause often lies elsewhere

We assess how your whole body moves — from the core outward.

  3. 03Knee

    We retrain the pattern

With DNS and targeted exercise, we rebuild stable movement from the root up.

  4. 04Ankle

    You move forward

Step by step, back to the activities you love.

Is this for you?

  • Pinched nerve (herniated disc / HNP)
  • Lower back / lumbar pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Padel, tennis and racquet-sport injuries
  • Post-surgery rehabilitation (ACL, knee, shoulder)
  • Frozen shoulder / shoulder pain
  • Post-stroke recovery
  • Scoliosis & posture correction

How we treat it

  • A thorough assessment of your condition and goals
  • Manual therapy and graded exercise
  • The DNS approach to restore stability and movement patterns — including the DNS Women's Health program
  • Dry needling to help release trigger points (painful spots in tight muscle) where appropriate
  • MLDV (Manual Lymphatic Drainage Vodder) — a very gentle massage to help reduce swelling and support lymph flow, for example after surgery or injury
  • Airway/chest therapy, sports massage, and pregnancy exercise as needed
  • A home exercise program for long-term recovery

Other guides for this service

Padel & Racquet-Sport Injuries
Padel feels easier than tennis, and that is exactly the problem. The court is smaller, the ball comes off the walls, and your body stops and turns far more often than you notice.
Returning to Sport After Injury
The question is not "how many months has it been" but "what can you do now". This page covers the criteria used, the numbers behind them, and why the numbers alone are not enough.
Pain from Desk Work
The neck, shoulders and low back that start complaining after eight hours at a screen. This page covers what has actually been shown to help — and why it is not a new chair.
Posture Check & Correction
We do check posture — but not to match you against a picture of an "ideal" one. What we look for is which positions your body avoids, and why.
Scoliosis
A spine that curves sideways. This page covers how to spot it, the numbers that decide treatment, and how far exercise genuinely goes.

What a session looks like

The first session includes a thorough assessment (60–90 minutes). Please bring any previous test results (e.g. X-ray/MRI).
