How we treat an injury
-
01Shoulder
Pain shows up in one spot
Maybe a shoulder, a knee, or the lower back — where the body signals first.
-
02Lower back
But the cause often lies elsewhere
We assess how your whole body moves — from the core outward.
-
03Knee
We retrain the pattern
With DNS and targeted exercise, stable movement is rebuilt at the root.
-
04Ankle
You move forward
Step by step, back to the activities you love.
Is this for you?
- Pinched nerve (HNP)
- Lower back / lower back pain
- Sports injuries
- Post-surgery rehabilitation (ACL, knee, shoulder)
- Frozen shoulder / shoulder pain

- Scoliosis & posture correction
How we treat it
- A thorough assessment of your condition and goals
- Manual therapy and measured exercise
- The DNS approach to restore stability and movement patterns — including the DNS Women's Health program
- Dry needling to help release trigger points (muscle pain spots) where appropriate
- MLDV (Manual Lymphatic Drainage Vodder) — a very gentle massage to help reduce swelling and support lymph flow, for example after surgery or injury
- Airway/chest therapy, sports massage, and pregnancy exercise as needed
- A self-exercise program for long-term recovery
