Before you write

A complete first message usually saves a round of questions. If you can, include:

• The patient's name and age
• The main problem, and how long it has been there
• The service you think you need — it is fine not to know
• The days and times that suit you best
• Any previous scan, report or referral, if you have one

No doctor's referral is required. The first session is an assessment, about 60–90 minutes, and we confirm the fee that applies to you before treatment begins.
